Papers for transfer of ownership after purchase. ODO does not handle LTO; we can refer who does.

- ODO does not handle LTO assistance. After your purchase, we can refer you to someone who does.
- ODO does not control LTO queues or promise a release date.
- Papers stay the seller’s until ODO confirms the close path; authenticity stays the seller’s duty.
- A referral is not a government filing in ODO’s name. Government LTO / HPG fees stay with those offices.
