Tandoc office runbook. Three roles. One mediated close.
Sample only. Filled deal is a rehearsal, not a live unit. Do not seed production. Viewing is free. Seller documents and HPG clearance protect the close. Pay at the office. No buyer–seller contact. Both sides stay anonymous — names and handles never pass. Same process in the app and at the desk. Telegram is backup only until the system goes back: values only, two threads, never a group. Agree stamps the price on the ODO deal. Papers stay the seller’s. Diligence stays the buyer’s. Admin hosts and stamps. ODO does not handle LTO.

Admin does not
Take a second DP. Collect a viewing fee from the buyer. File at LTO. Give either side a name, number, username, or Telegram. Put both in one group. Call before HPG clearance. Release docs before seller is paid. Send parking to PayMongo.
Admin is not liable for

Seller holds: papers and the right to sell. Authenticity and HPG clearance after DP. They never get the buyer’s number, name, or Telegram.

Buyer holds: inspection and as-is acceptance. Walk after the call → DP forfeited. Seller miss on HPG → DP refunded. They never get the seller’s number, name, or Telegram.
5. App, site, or Telegram backup
The same process is carried in the app and at the Tandoc desk. Viewing first. Values only. Agree stamps the price on the ODO deal. DP cash at the desk. Telegram is backup only if the app breaks, and only until the system goes back — not instead of the desk when they are at the site. Voice: 0936 411 5239.
