Step	Form	Seller	Partner	ODO desk
1. Request	—	Already listed. Restore & earn more on My Listings. Pick a scope.	Wait until assigned.	Open Restoration queue. Assign an approved mechanic / restorer partner.
2. Quote + start	ODO-R-01 · ODO-R-02	Sign the materials quote. Labor is not on the customer copy.	Itemize materials (seller) and labor (internal). Sign the start checklist.	Print this pack. Keep the office copy. Do not give labor to the seller.
3. Pay	ODO-R-02 signed	Pay the materials quote at the Tandoc office.	Do not start shop work until Paid is stamped.	Collect office cash. Stamp Paid on the order.
4. Shop	—	Wait. ODO Restore is in the shop.	Schedule intake → start in workshop → ready for ODO post-check.	Shop stamps belong to the partner. Use the desk backup only if they are on paper.
5. Post-check	ODO-R-01 post	—	Any P1: rework, then ready for re-check.	Count P1 / P2 / P3. Any P1 → rework. None → Restored & Verified.
6. Back to list	ODO-R-03	Sign turnover. Unit goes back on the list, or retrieve.	Turn over the unit with keys and papers.	Upload signed ODO-R-03. Stamp Back on the ODO list.

• · Customer quote is materials only. Labor stays internal. Never a percent of the selling price.

• · Pay at the Tandoc office. Same desk as parking and DP.
